The Purchase Group, which has a history stretching back almost 100 years, has become established as one of central England’s leading building and maintenance companies operating solely in the social housing sector.
Founded by builder Frank Purchase in the 1920s, the firm has grown steadily into a multi-disciplinary award-winning group which provides an ‘irresistible choice’ for all our Clients’ maintenance, improvement, low carbon and renewable energy needs.
This is still very much a family organisation, being led by Frank’s grandsons David Purchase as Managing Director and Gavin Purchase as Operations Director.
Built upon an ethos based on integrity, honesty and fairness, these values continue to underpin all aspects of our operations - they are fundamentally core to our heritage and our DNA.
The business has developed and grown consistently, and sustainably, over the past 10 years to become one of the country’s market-leading responsive and planned maintenance contractors and, more recently, one of the largest providers of renewable energy and carbon reduction solutions to the social housing market.
