The challenge we have to meet is that complete housing renovations are usually undertaken whilst residents are ‘in situ’ and this requires excellent project management and an instinctive empathy with the customer.
As a Multi-disciplinary organisation our goal is to make each Customer’s journey through the improvements to their home as short and painless as possible. To achieve this we employ directly, Teams of multi-disciplinary Operatives who work together seamlessly to maximise productivity and reduce the time taken in each home.
The needs of our Customers are paramount, we therefore employ a dedicated Customer Care Team who ensure that every Customer’s needs are identified and cared for before, during, and after the works. Our Customer Care Team use interactive and informative Customer Consultation DVDs, ‘Storyboards’ and literature to ensure that Customers are fully informed about the works to be undertaken, their duration, and the short term impact upon their daily routines.
Aftercare is also of the utmost importance to us. In addition to a full induction in the use and care for the finished improvements to their home, each Customer receives a comprehensive information pack along with a free Aftercare helpline number to deal with any queries they may have. This is backed up with a 24 hour, 365 day emergency service to deal with any emergency fault that arises within the first 12 months. Each Customer receives an Aftercare call from the Customer Care Team 6 months, and 12 months, after completion of the work to their home.
