G. Purchase were appointed in 2006 to provide a planned and responsive maintenance service to Castle Vale Community Housing Association, one of Birmingham’s leading tenant-led housing organisations.

Cartrefi Conwy manages 3,800 homes in Conwy which are the subject of a £30 million improvement programme, bringing them up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard by 2012.
